2015 - what a year!

August 9, 2015
A huge thank you from everyone in the McKilty team, plus our charities Perth Autism Support, the Perth & District Branch of Guide Dogs Scotland and SCAA for all your support for this year's event. Special thanks also has to go to that rare creature the Scottish summer making an almost unprecedented appearance to shine on our event (although thankfully some clouds rolled in to cool things down in the afternoon).

There was running, there was walking, there were medals and there were trophies, and there were some pretty fine engraved porridge spurtles brought over from our Canadian sister race the Perth Ontario Kilt Run.

We hope everyone enjoyed themselves as much as we did, but please get in touch and let us know what you thought. Your high points, your low points, those little niggles which could have been better, whatever it is we'd love to know so that we can come back in 2016 even bigger and better than ever.

Just email us at thekiltrun@gmail.com with what you thought and we'll feed it into our debrief.

For those of you joining us as spectators remember about to spread the word to all your friends about the free entertainment, activities and music from Eric Faulkner's Bay City Rollers, Dougie MacLean and The Mad Ferret Ban...
